Overview
Step into Santa’s magical grotto and meet Santa and his Christmas Crew for a festive experience full of fun, games and surprises. Begin your adventure with a special live character meet and greet with Rudolph, before exploring beautifully lit festive areas including Candy Cane Lane and Lollipop Lane. Along the way, children can discover interactive moments, hear festive voices and take part in playful Christmas activities inspired by Santa’s helpers and friends.
Children can enjoy a range of interactive games and magical challenges throughout the experience, including helping Rudolph’s nose make its way back to Santa. Mrs Claus will also be waiting at Festive Point to help children collect their special Reindeer Food, ready to sprinkle on Christmas Eve.
To complete the experience, every child will meet Santa, receive a group photo and take home a festive Christmas Crew gift as a special keepsake.

Important information
Can we bring a dog or other pet with us?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any animals at Santa's Grotto with the exception of registered guide dogs.
Can we bring drinks with us?
Please note there is strictly no alcohol allowed at Santa's Grotto or on the trail.
